5. In-Person Classes
a. Registration: Registration for in-person classes must be completed through the Site or as directed by us. Space is limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

12. Miscellaneous
a. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
b. Waiver: The failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Payment Policy
1. Deposits
To secure your booking and ensure we can allocate the necessary resources for your project, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required at the time of contract signing. This deposit will be credited towards the final invoice.
2. Payment Schedule
Initial Deposit: Due at contract signing.
Progress Payments: [Specify schedule, e.g., “Monthly,” “Upon completion of key milestones,” etc.].
Final Payment: Due upon completion of the project, prior to the delivery of the final product or service.
3. Final Invoices
The final invoice will be issued after project completion. Payment for the final invoice is due upon completion.
4. Late Fees
If payment is not received by the due date, the following late fees will apply:
Grace Period: A 5 day grace period will be allowed. During this time, no late fees will be incurred.
Late Fee: After the grace period, a late fee of 1% of the outstanding balance will be charged for each day the payment is overdue.
Interest: In addition to the late fee, interest at a rate of 2% per month will be applied to any overdue amounts.
5. Consequences of Non-Payment
Failure to pay the final invoice within 60 days of the due date may result in:
Suspension of Services: Any ongoing services or deliverables may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
Collection Action: Continued non-payment may result in your account being referred to a collection agency or legal action to recover the amount owed.
6. Payment Methods

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. Class Cancellations
a. By Us:
We reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or be given the option to transfer to a different class of equal value, subject to availability.
b. By You:
If you need to cancel your registration for a class, please notify us as soon as possible. The following conditions apply:
More than 7 days before the class: You are entitled to a full refund or transfer to another class, subject to availability.
7 days or less before the class: No refund will be provided. However, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the class.
2. Returns and Refunds for Furniture
a. Returns:
We accept returns on furniture items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jomrivers.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Exclusions: Custom or special-order items, clearance items, and items purchased on sale are non-returnable.
b. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Process for Returns and Refunds
a. Initiating a Return:
To start a return, please contact info@jomrivers.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return. You will be provided with instructions for returning the item.
b. Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
c. Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
